1. What cookies and similar tools are

Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a user's device during browsing. Similar tools, such as local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs or online identifiers, can perform technical functions, remember preferences or measure interaction with pages and campaigns.

Some tools are necessary for the website to work and do not require consent. Others, such as non-anonymized analytics, advertising tools, profiling or remarketing, may be used only after the user's free, informed and revocable choice.

2. Data controller

The data controller is Blockslytic S.R.L., VAT number 14770680966, with registered office at Via Privata del Gonfalone 3, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy. For privacy and cookie requests, write to info@blockslytic.com.

3. Categories used by the website

Strictly necessary tools

Used to display the website correctly, support security, remember the cookie banner choice and make interface elements usable. They do not require consent.

Preferences

Used to remember settings selected by the user, such as the banner choice, only to avoid asking for the same choice at every visit.

Analytics

May help Blockslytic understand which pages perform, which services interest users and where the experience can be improved. If not fully anonymized or provided by third parties, they are activated only with consent.

Marketing and profiling

May measure campaigns, create audiences, perform remarketing or connect the website to advertising platforms. They are always subject to prior consent.

4. Tools currently detected

As of the last update, the website code does not show explicit third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If Blockslytic activates tools such as web analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers, heatmaps, chat tools or CRM tracking, they will be made available under the correct category and, where required, only after consent.

5. How consent works

The banner lets users accept, reject or manage preferences. Continuing to browse or scrolling the page does not constitute valid consent for analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. Consent must be expressed through a positive user action.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent browsing. Strictly necessary technical tools remain active because they support website operation, security and storage of the user's choice.

6. How to change or delete preferences

You can change your preference by deleting the website data from your browser or by removing blockslyticCookieChoice from local storage. On the next visit, the banner will be shown again.

  • Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies or Site data.
  • Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions, Manage and delete cookies and site data.

7. Third parties and possible transfers

Analytics, marketing, CRM or automation tools that may be integrated in the future could be provided by third parties. In that case, technical data or online identifiers may be disclosed to those providers, including outside the European Economic Area, in compliance with GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Blockslytic does not sell data collected through cookies.

8. Preference duration

Banner preferences are stored to avoid repeatedly asking the same question. In line with the Italian Data Protection Authority guidance, the consent request should not be shown again before at least 6 months, unless there are material changes, it is technically impossible to know whether the cookie has already been stored, or the user deletes the preference.

9. User rights

Where tracking tools involve personal data processing, you may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to info@blockslytic.com. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated if cookies, analytics tools, marketing tools, third-party providers or website features are introduced, modified or removed. The version published on this page is the version in force.
