1. Scope

This notice explains how Blockslytic S.R.L. processes personal data collected through this website and through the contact channels connected to it, including project request forms, email messages, partnership requests and applications.

Blockslytic works in B2B digital systems: automation, web design, marketing, CRM flows, operational workflows, analytics and integrations between digital tools. For this reason, project requests may include information about companies, business processes, software tools, budgets, timelines, marketing goals and project documents.

3. Data we process

Browsing data

Technical data generated by website use, such as IP address, user agent, visited pages, timestamps, browser settings and information needed for security, diagnostics and website operation.

Business requests

First name, last name, email, phone, company, website, industry, project need, estimated budget, timeline, source, message, notes and any brief or attachment sent through the website or by email.

Applications

Name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, portfolio or website, role, location, availability, cover message, CV, additional files and professional information included in the documents submitted.

B2B operational data

Information about a prospect's organization, internal processes, CRM, calendars, campaigns, email or WhatsApp channels, dashboards, metrics and workflows needed to evaluate or design a solution.

5. Special categories and confidential information

Please do not send special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, such as health, biometric, political, religious or trade-union data, unless strictly necessary for the request or application. If such data is sent voluntarily, Blockslytic will process it only to the extent necessary and may delete it if not relevant.

For briefs, technical access, CRM information, campaigns, automations or business processes, please share only what is necessary to assess the project. Separate confidentiality agreements can be arranged before exchanging sensitive business information.

6. How we process data

Data is processed with electronic and, where needed, manual tools, in accordance with lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Blockslytic applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, including access controls, account protection, internal data minimization and vendor review.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by authorized Blockslytic personnel and by providers supporting hosting, email, website security, form handling, document storage, CRM, project management, calendars, automations, analytics, marketing and professional services. Where these providers process data on behalf of Blockslytic, they are appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR or are otherwise bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. Data is not sold.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Some digital providers may have offices, infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, Blockslytic relies on adequacy decisions, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.

9. Retention periods

  • Technical and security logs: for the time necessary to secure and maintain the website, unless further retention is needed for investigations.
  • Business requests: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is started or further retention is necessary.
  • Project briefs and documents: for the time needed to assess the request and, if a project starts, for the duration of the relationship and subsequent obligations.
  • Applications: up to 24 months from receipt or the candidate's last update, unless deletion is requested or legal obligations apply.
  • Administrative, tax and contractual data: for the statutory period, normally 10 years.
  • Cookies and preferences: as described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Requests can be sent to info@blockslytic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it.

11. Cookies and tracking tools
